home away from home

Few days from now would be the start of second semester (imagine that!!)..Frankly, i'm a bit bored cozthere's nothing to do (plus the fact that i don't have money..i surf the net durin off-peak hours..hehe)It's gonna be back to manila, confined to the four corners of our apartment (sometimes Jelo and co'sapartment)..Living in an apt. has its own positive and negative side, looking back i try to look at thepositive stuff that i learned living away from home..sooo here's my list..
1) You develop an "admiration" to the wonderful power of rice cookers..
2) You learn to cook actually more on the frying..(but i learned how to cook litson paksiw w/ Jeloand miswa bola-bola)
3) Defrosing the fridge..
4) Washing your own laundry actually..underwear only..
5) Iron clothes
6) Clean the bathroom, toilet and all..
7) You get sick of canned good (i think it's a positive thing..w/ those preservatives)
8) You start to appreciate home-cooking more and more..
9) You start to sleep w/ the lights on..
10) You learn kung paano mgpaka-Lele..i mean buhay baboy (as Joel said)..kain, tulog, kain at tulog..
