Aking Alipato

Lulan ng alipato
ang mga katinig at patinig
at mga kataga na naglalaman
nang kamalayan at mga katanungan

Walang nakababatid
kung gaano kahaba at katagal
ang liyab at init
na dulot ng alipato

Maaring mapukaw nang hangin at panahon
hangin na naging dahilan
upang mapalapit
at makilala

Panahon na nagbabadya
na walang ng natitira
at nagsasabing
masyado pang maaga

Munting alipato
tulad ng pagkatao
maliwanag o mahapdi
naaayon sa nakakakita

Nawa'y dalhin ng hangin
ang alipato at salita
kung san man ito nararapat
at dapat pang lumagay

Bahala na ang hangin
kung dapat nga bang lumapit
bahala na ang panahon
kung tunay bang natatakda

Ikaw, ako at ang aking alipato.
